  WHAT IS ATTORNEY DN
  • AttorneyDN stands for “Attorney Debt Negotiation.”  It’s a course I teach exclusively to fellow bankruptcy attorneys, showing them how to significantly increase their income by offering to their clients a second form of obtaining debt relief.  I utilize a step by step instruction manual complete with all forms and tools, several quick start seminars, and make myself available for personal support consultations.  Therefore, it’s an opportunity, a niche practice, a new business all rolled into a tried and tested business formula, involving a few weeks of simple instruction.
  • By joining my course, I can show you how to generate an extra $50,000 to $100,000 per year in net income, spending 1 to 3 hours a week of your time, and without spending an additional penny in overhead.  And I can show you and your staff how to work this exciting new practice within the framework of your existing bankruptcy practice.
  • It’s a way for you to get back on top and regain your firm’s profitability after BAPCPA.
  • If you operate a DN practice, you can offer a service that complements your existing bankruptcy practice and you become more valuable in the eyes of the public.  That’s because unlike your competition, you offer a fuller range of debt relief alternatives.  You can market that besides bankruptcy representation, you also help people stay out of bankruptcy.  Watch your bankruptcy client base grow exponentially alongside with your new debt negotiation business.
  • I’m been a bankruptcy attorney for over 16 years, and have been practicing debt negotiation for over 3.  I have a proven track record of helping clients that qualify for my debt negotiation program (or debt settlement program- used interchangeably.) stay out of bankruptcy and still obtain a fresh start.  And I’ve learned how to be compensated handsomely for it.  I can show you how clients that are declining or unable to hire you as bankruptcy counsel, can be turned into lucrative debt negotiation clients that will generate much more in fees than you could possibly earn in a standard consumer Chapter 7 or 13.  And ironically, most debt negotiation clients are going to be gladder to pay your fees that your bankruptcy clients that obtained a complete discharge.
  • You, as a bankruptcy attorney, are in the driver’s seat to capitalize on the demand for this new industry.  Unlike most debt settlement companies, you can service your clients on a personal, face to face basis, instead of over the internet or phone.  You are an insolvency expert with real credentials.  This combined with your bankruptcy experience allows you to obtain leverage and concessions in creditor negotiations that non-attorney, debt settlement companies will never be able to match.
  • It’s a straight forward phone, fax and forms practice that doesn’t require you to become a seasoned litigator to save your clients’ 50%, 60%, even 75% on the balances on their credit cards, medical bills, finance company loans, and any general unsecured obligation.  In fact, within the last 3 years of practicing debt negotiation, I haven’t had to file a single pleading or step a foot in court, and don’t ever plan to.
  • It all depends on you, and how hard you want to work, because there’s hundreds of thousands of people out there that will be hiring debt negotiation companies in the next 12 months to solve their insolvency instead of bankruptcy attorneys.  It’s time you join me and stop letting the debt negotiation companies steal our collective clients away.
